XRUST.CO STORE POLICIES AND RULES (Last updated: November 23, 2024)
• Ranks are valid on all 20+ xrust.co servers.
• After using your kit with /kit, there is a 12-hour cooldown before it can be used again.
• Wipe cooldown: 3 hours (The mandatory waiting time to use your kit after a Rust wipe, necessary to maintain game balance and ensure fair play).
• For RP Top-Up purchases, you must be ONLINE on the correct server at the time of purchase; RP is credited instantly to your /balance, and balances reset during weekly, monthly, and force wipe cycles as per the server's announced wipe schedule. This is a one-time top-up (not a rank or kit). RP packages are server-specific and valid only for the account that purchased them. They cannot be transferred to other accounts, servers, or players under any circumstances. Refunds are not available, quantity changes are not allowed, but reordering is possible. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms, including verifying the correct server's IP address, port, and name before purchase. Additionally, wipe schedules may vary across our servers (weekly or monthly). It is your responsibility to check the exact wipe dates and times via our Discord channel to avoid confusion before making your purchase.
• Future mandatory updates may cause issues with some of our plugins or kits. These are potential risks in online games. Rust undergoes a force wipe on the first Thursday of every month, typically at 7:00 PM UTC (2:00 PM ET), during which some system software changes and updates occur. These updates may cause temporary issues or conflicts with plugins and kits, and some rank features may become inaccessible. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to use ranks and kits until these issues are resolved. You agree not to request additional package time, refunds, or compensation under any circumstances. If the resolution process takes longer than expected, admins may, at their discretion, provide limited assistance or information during such situations, though this is not guaranteed.
• If a player is banned from our servers or Discord channel for violating general rules (e.g., cheating, using macros, racism, offensive language, or exceeding server team limits such as violating solo, duo/trio, or max team restrictions), all rank privileges will be revoked permanently. All ban decisions are final, and no appeals will be considered for revoked privileges.
Additionally, any actions deemed harmful to the community, server reputation, or staff will also result in a ban. These include but are not limited to:
- Spreading false or defamatory statements about our servers, admins, or store features.
- Using inflammatory, derogatory, or abusive language targeting admins or other players.
- Deliberately attempting to provoke, incite, or create unrest within the community.
- Making baseless or excessive accusations about server features with the intent to harm the server’s reputation or brand value.
Such actions are taken seriously, and bans for these offenses will also result in the permanent revocation of rank privileges and other purchased features. Adherence to community guidelines, game rules, and general etiquette is mandatory to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for all players. All these rules are clearly outlined in the Rules section of our Discord channel.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Any chargebacks or disputes will result in an automatic ban from our game servers, Discord servers, Tebex stores, and all of our gaming services. Even in the case of technical errors or issues, refunds are strictly not available as these are inherent risks of online services. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that such issues may occur and agree to wait for the resolution without requesting a refund or additional compensation. Additionally, no changes or modifications can be made to the transaction, and you fully accept all stated terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
